We met Phoebe and Enzo for a golden hour session on the shores of Fort Myers Beach—two Papillons, each with their own personality, perfectly framed by a watercolor sunset.

Phoebe, five years old, is dazzlingly smart. Her family says she understands a 20-word vocabulary and full sentences—and honestly, we believe it. With her signature white-tipped ear and soft, expressive eyes, she brings a quiet confidence to everything she does… unless there’s an ice machine involved. Then she goes “beserk.”

Enzo, the one-year-old baby of the family, is a gentle soul with a silly streak. He squeaks toys in his mom’s ear every time she tries to rest, follows Phoebe with complete devotion, and plays ball like it’s his full-time job. “He loves Phoebe and follows her every way,” his mom told us—and it shows.

Together, they’re a perfect balance of smarts, sweetness, and squeaky energy. Their family adores them, and it didn’t take long for us to feel the same.
